Director of Growth Marketing This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive audience growth, revenue generation, market expansion and brand awareness. The Director of Growth & Revenue Marketing will lead initiatives across acquisition, conversion, retention and monetization, helping to maximize the organization's reach, impact and financial sustainability. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategies to grow audience, B2B and B2C revenue and brand reach across all platforms. • Increase advertising, sponsorship, event, syndication, membership and donation revenue while identifying new growth opportunities. • Lead audience acquisition, conversion and retention initiatives to maximize engagement and lifetime value. • Optimize landing pages, newsletters, donation forms, event registrations and membership funnels through testing and analysis. • Support revenue-generating teams with lead-generation campaigns, marketing assets and promotional strategies. • Track and report on key growth metrics, including audience growth, conversion rates, revenue attribution, CAC, LTV and ROI. • Manage the marketing budget and contribute as a member of the leadership team. • Collaborate across editorial, product, events and business teams to drive growth, engagement and revenue. Skills & Experience • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, revenue marketing, digital marketing or audience development. • 7+ years working in B2C or B2B marketing • Proven track record of driving measurable audience and revenue growth. • Strong understanding of acquisition, conversion, retention, lifecycle marketing and attribution. • Experience developing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns using data-driven strategies. • Demonstrated success managing budgets, performance marketing initiatives and growth-focused KPIs. • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring ROI, CAC, LTV and conversion performance. • Experience supporting advertising, sponsorship, events, memberships, subscriptions, donations or other revenue-generating initiatives. • Excellent leadership, project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Experience with CRM, marketing automation and analytics platforms preferred. • Media, publishing, nonprofit or membership-based organization experience preferred.
