This role translates complex product and industry topics into clear, engaging content that attracts, educates, and converts aviation professionals, while building the foundations for a specialist marketing career. ·      Owns day-to-day drafting and scheduling of assigned content within an agreed editorial calendar. ·      Escalates campaign strategy, budget, and brand-positioning decisions to the Senior Director of Marketing. ·      Coordinates with product, sales, and design colleagues to gather input and source material for content. ·      Covers TrustFlight's global marketing content across web, blog, email, and social channels. What you’ll be doing ·      Write, edit, and proofread articles, blog posts, social media copy, and website content aligned to the brand voice. ·      Maintain and help schedule the content calendar, ensuring a consistent publishing cadence across channels. ·      Support SEO and demand-generation efforts through keyword research, on-page optimisation, and gated content that captures and nurtures leads. ·      Develop long-form thought-leadership assets such as white papers, guides, and articles, and repurpose them into social and funnel content. ·      Use AI writing and research tools to accelerate drafting, ideation, and content optimisation. ·      Track and help maintain content attribution in the CRM, reporting on how content contributes to pipeline, MQLs, and marketing-touched won deals. What you’ll bring Must-haves: ·      Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. ·      Excellent written English with strong attention to grammar, tone, and detail. ·      A portfolio or examples of writing (academic, personal, or professional). ·      Comfortable using everyday digital and AI tools, and eager to learn new marketing technology. ·      Familiarity with content management systems (e.g. WordPress, HubSpot) or social scheduling tools. ·      Basic understanding of SEO and content analytics. ·      Interest in aviation, technology, or B2B software.
