Description
Role Overview Create and refine Chinese and English marketing documents that train next generation AI systems, helping models learn to read, reason, and produce industry-grade marketing materials. You will convert real marketing expertise into high-quality documents, presentations, and spreadsheets used for AI training and evaluation. The role is remote and contractor-based, and will contribute directly to micro1, an AI data lab focused on building the human intelligence layer for frontier models.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, review, and improve marketing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets in both Chinese and English using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Apply marketing domain knowledge to produce realistic, industry standard content suitable for AI training.
• Analyze marketing materials for accuracy, audience engagement, and alignment with Fortune 500 quality expectations.
• Deliver clear, concise, and compelling written and spoken Chinese at a native level.
• Collaborate remotely with the customer team to ensure deliverables meet project requirements and timelines.
• Provide insights on cultural nuances and language choices relevant to Chinese-speaking audiences.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in all work and communications.
Qualifications
• Native-level proficiency in Chinese, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing and in creating or managing marketing documents for high-profile clients.
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document creation and data presentation.
• Demonstrated experience working with Fortune 500 companies or in similar high-standard environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished, professional documents under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a diverse team.
Preferred Qualifications
• Based in the United States, or significant working experience with US-based organizations.
• Familiarity with AI applications in marketing or document generation is a plus.
• Experience with multilingual or cross-cultural marketing projects.
Work Terms
• Employment type: Contractor.
• Location: Remote, ideally based in the United States.
• Independent contractor relationship, working remotely and coordinating with the customer team.
Compensation Pay range: $10 to $55 per hour.
Eligibility
• Native-level Chinese language ability is required.
• Preference for candidates located in the United States or with substantial US-based work experience.
