Description
About InfoTrack InfoTrack is a platform that seamlessly connects law firms to the courts and to the services that they need to litigate successfully. We're global leaders in legal technology with unparalleled expertise in forging integrations that can drastically improve the efficiency of law firms and the legal system. As a highly ambitious company, we know that our people are critical to our success. That's why we're passionate about fostering a high-performance culture built on professional development, open communication, and transparent leadership. If you're smart, dedicated, and eager to help build a market-leading solution that makes a difference in the lives of our clients, join us. About the role As the Marketing Designer, you own the visual output that powers marketing across two brands. You design and produce everything the team needs to go to market: digital ads, paid social, email, sales decks, trade show booths, landing pages, and video content, at the quality and volume a high-growth marketing organization demands. This role sits at the center of the marketing organization, serving campaign, product marketing, digital, and partnership teams across InfoTrack and One Legal through a brief-based intake model. Range, speed, and brand judgment are all required in equal measure. This is a hybrid role, with in-office days on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays at our New York office. Responsibilties Own and execute visual design across digital ads, paid social, web graphics, email templates, and print collateral, applying strong layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and grid systems across every format and scale. Edit and produce video content in Premiere Pro and After Effects, including cutting long-form content into ad and social variants optimized for each platform. Steward the brand system across both brands, extending it consistently and creatively within established guidelines, including during an active brand transition where consistency matters most. Work fluently in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and translate production designs into easy-to-use, on-brand templates for the broader team in Canva. Design web and landing page experiences with responsive thinking and the ability to implement directly in HubSpot. Build sales enablement materials including one-pagers, pitch decks, battle cards, and leave-behinds, alongside trade show and large-format assets that read clearly at distance. Translate complex or technical software value into clear, compelling visuals and bring a storytelling instinct to video and campaign work, structuring a narrative rather than just executing assets. Design performance creative with a testing mindset, developing ad variants and iterating based on results rather than defending the first draft. Manage a high volume of concurrent briefs with strong self-direction, proactive communication on timelines, and full accountability within a brief and ticket system. Partner closely with campaign, product marketing, digital, and partnership marketing teams to understand strategic context and deliver work that serves each brief's intent. Use AI tools for generative imagery, video production, and workflow acceleration with sound judgment about when they serve quality and when they do not. Maintain up-to-date platform specification knowledge across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube, HubSpot, and print, and deliver every asset with pixel precision, correct specs, and clean file organization. Apply accessibility fundamentals including contrast, legibility, video captioning, and inclusive design basics across all output. Requirements Education and Experience 5+ years in an in-house or agency designer role, ideally in B2B or a considered-purchase category A portfolio that demonstrates real range across static and video, with evidence of both brand-building work and performance creative Knowledge and Skills Strong visual design skills,
