Luno is growing its presence across Southeast Asia, and Malaysia and Indonesia are two of our most important markets. This role exists to make sure every piece of marketing that reaches those markets looks, feels, and performs at the standard Luno sets globally. The Marketing Designer is the creative engine for both countries, turning campaign briefs, performance requirements, and brand guidelines into output that actually converts. The role in a nutshell: Luno is growing its presence across Southeast Asia, and Malaysia and Indonesia are two of our most important markets. This role exists to make sure every piece of marketing that reaches those markets looks, feels, and performs at the standard Luno sets globally. The Marketing Designer is the creative engine for both countries, turning campaign briefs, performance requirements, and brand guidelines into output that actually converts. You are supporting both markets, which means you need to be fast, organised, and comfortable working across multiple channel types simultaneously. You work closely with the Regional Marketing Lead and in-country teams, translating strategy into visual execution across ATL, performance, CRM, and social formats. You are expected to use AI design tooling actively to increase throughput and produce faster without cutting corners on quality. Your mission will be: Campaign & ATL Creative. Design and produce above-the-line creative assets for Malaysia and Indonesia, including OOH, digital display, and brand campaign materials. Ensure all output is localised appropriately for each market while maintaining global brand consistency. Performance Creative. Produce paid social and search ad creative in formats and volumes required by the performance marketing team. Build and maintain a library of tested creative variants across Google, Meta, and TikTok formats, iterating based on performance data. CRM & Email Design. Design email and push notification templates for CRM campaigns across both markets. Work with the CRM team to ensure designs render correctly across devices and platforms, and maintain a modular template system that enables fast turnaround on localised sends. Social Content. Design organic and paid social assets for the Malaysia and Indonesia channels, including static posts, stories, and short-form video thumbnails and overlays. Support the social team with templated formats that allow rapid content production without requiring a design brief for every post. A little about you: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent field (advantageous) Portfolio demonstrating marketing design work across digital channels is required in place of formal qualifications 1-5 years of experience in a marketing design or visual design role (required) Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and auto-layout (required) Working knowledge of Framer for web-based marketing page design and prototyping (required) Active use of AI design tools (e
