We would also like to develop some of our commercial income streams, including retail (particularly our recently launched eCommerce store) and a soon to be launched programme of new, exclusive tours. We would also expect the consultant to conduct market analysis. The plan should include multi-channel marketing, including e-marketing (Mailchimp), PR, paid search and social. Support is also needed to effectively utilise our Google Ads Grant. Output • A marketing strategy, focussing on positioning within the market, growing visitors, launching our patrons' programme, and developing the commercial income streams of retail and tours. • A tactical multi-channel marketing plan, with coaching and support provided for the internal team during the initial phase of delivery. • A proposal for ongoing light touch marketing support.
