To further strengthen the business at Lumibird Medical, we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our team and support our operations in the Nordics. In this versatile role, you will support B2B marketing, develop impactful content for digital and offline channels and help our sales team achieve their goals. Your workplace will be located in our office in Mölnlycke and report to ”Head of Sales Nordics”. Lumibird Medical Nordics is a fully owned subsidiary of the International Lumibird Group. Its core activities are the development, manufacturing and commercialization of innovative solutions in medical lasers and ultrasound technologies in ophthalmology. Learn more at www.lumibirdmedical.com Key responsibilities In accordance with the supports developed by the corporate communication department, you will develop the necessary communication supports for the sales team according to the allocated budget: Creation of contents and animation for local social networks and other digital media. Translation and adaptation of communication materials (brochures, advertising, roll ups, e-mailing etc) according to the target country. Media planning, creation and management with the local press magazines specialized in the ophthalmology market. Manage the local supplier for the production of printing supports and goodies. Creation of communication materials for local sales teams. Statistical follow-up of digital actions: social networks, e-mailing etc Follow-up of the annual event calendar in agreement with the marketing- and sales management. Organization of various events: congresses, courses, trainings, seminars, product launches, symposiums etc Respect of the specifications and budget Exchanges with service providers Organization and follow-up on the logistics Organization of webinars: creation of the invitations, management of the participants and communication Your Profile You are autonomous while having a great team spirit and creativity You have relevant educational background (e.g., marketing, graphic design, communication or media). You master the Microsoft Office package as well as different graphic design softwares (Adobe Suite: especially Indesign and Photoshop) Experience in event organization, website, and social media content as well as B2B marketing. As we are a Nordic organization with mostly international suppliers, you need to be fluent in the English language.
