With your knowledge, experience and ideas, you ensure that we engage and inspire both internal and external audiences. We would love to meet you and proudly show you our company! What will you do? As our Marketing & Communications Specialist, you are responsible for developing, optimizing and executing our marketing and communication strategies, trade fairs, campaigns and events (online and offline) that truly resonate with our target audiences. You take initiative and create visual and creative content (text, images and video) that strengthens our brand identity and increases our attractiveness as a partner, supplier and employer. You monitor trends, analyze marketing data and report on results. Our use of social media and corporate presentation is still in its early stages — we need you to professionalize and manage this. You improve and coordinate both internal and external communication, in Dutch and English, playing an important role in connecting employees and strengthening our culture. You safeguard our corporate identity and brand guidelines and maintain contact with external parties such as media partners, trade fair organizers and educational institutions. You will have an independent role within your field, working closely with colleagues from our local Sales and HR departments. In addition, you will collaborate internationally with Marketing & Communications colleagues within the WEG Group.
