BMO is currently sourcing for a Marketing Co-ordinator to support Lifecycle Credit Card Marketing initiatives. This is a hybrid contract role in Toronto (2 days in office per week).Role Overview:The Marketing Co-ordinator will play a vital role in executing marketing strategies for BMO's retail credit card portfolio. This position focuses on enhancing the customer experience while driving business objectives through effective lifecycle campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:- Execute marketing strategies to enhance customer experience and achieve business goals for retail credit card portfolio.- Assist marketing managers with the development and execution of lifecycle campaigns.- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to architect customer journeys and create impactful communications.- Ensure marketing initiatives adhere to brand standards and product positioning.- Manage timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver marketing solutions.- Become a subject matter expert on Canadian retail credit cards.- Drive initiatives aimed at growing the share of wallet and retaining credit card customers.Must-Have Skills:- Completed undergraduate degree in marketing, business, commerce, or a related discipline.- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.- Experience in the financial industry is an asset.Nice to Have Skills:- Previous experience in marketing within the financial services sector.- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing principles.Ideal Candidate:- Has proven problem-solving skills, able to identify root issues and find creative solutions.- Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.- Exhibits a passion for retail banking and a keen interest in evolving marketing practices.
