Description
We are looking for a commercially driven and hands on Group Marketing, Brand & Events Manager to lead the Group’s presence across key international conferences, strategic   events   and brand initiatives, while overseeing the management,   content   and continuous development of Multitude Bank webpages to ensure consistent brand visibility and market positioning. This role sits at the centre of the coordination between our business units, leadership   teams   and external partners, ensuring that the   Bank   presents itself in a consistent,   professional   and impactful manner across all touchpoints. The successful candidate will drive the planning and execution of conference participation, manage brand visibility initiatives, support executive   positioning   and ensure all event related activities are delivered to a high standard. From coordinating business unit attendance and preparing commercial networking opportunities, to overseeing booths, marketing material, executive communications and   logistics , this role requires strong ownership, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a   fast-paced   environment. The role will play a key part in strengthening the visibility and positioning of our Secured Debt, Payment Solutions and Multitude Bank businesses, supporting relationship building opportunities and ensuring we maximise the commercial value and strategic impact of our participation at major industry events. Key Responsibilities Brand & Marketing Management • Manage and coordinate the marketing and branding activities of multiple Group brands. • Ensure all websites   remain   updated with   accurate ,   relevant   and aligned branding and marketing content. • Coordinate event related marketing campaigns across digital channels. • Ensure consistency of brand messaging, visual identity and positioning across all conference and event materials. Executive & LinkedIn Communications • Coordinate thought leadership posts, event announcements, speaking engagements and conference related communications. • Support senior leadership with branded content and communication opportunities before, during and after events. Conference & Event Coordination • Take ownership of organising the Group’s participation at international conferences and industry events, including Money20/20 Europe. • Coordinate attendance across the Group’s different business units. • Liaise directly with conference organisers,   vendors   and external suppliers. • Manage timelines,   deliverables   and event preparation activities. Booth & Marketing Material Management • Coordinate the design, setup and delivery of conference booths and exhibition spaces. • Prepare and organise all marketing and promotional materials   required   for the event. • Ensure all branding assets, presentations,   merchandise   and collateral are delivered on time and aligned with Group standards. Business Development Support • Prepare lists of target companies, strategic partners and potential clients attending conferences. • Coordinate with business leaders to   identify   meeting priorities and networking opportunities. • Support the scheduling and organisation of meetings during conferences. • Assist   in maximising commercial opportunities arising from industry events. Senior Leadership Coordination • Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders involved in conference participation. • Prepare schedules,   itineraries   and event briefing packs for executives. Requirements • Experience in marketing, branding,   communications   or event management. • Strong organisational and project management skills. • Experience coordinating international conferences or corporate events is highly desirable. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across different business units. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. • Experience managing LinkedIn or executive social media presence. • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects. Preferred Background • Experience within financial services, fintech,   banking   or technology sectors. • Familiarity with large scale industry conferences such as Money20/20, Web Summit,   ICE   or similar events. • Experience working with senior executives and cross functional teams. The starting salary for this position is €40,000 gross per year.
