Apex Network is on the lookout for a strategic and driven Marketing and Partnership Consultant to work closely with our Business Expansion team in achieving greater visibility in the Ghanaian market. This person must have a broad understanding of the Ghanaian business terrain, Ghanaian Virtual Money Culture, Crypto adoption growth, and market classification for entry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships that align with our company's values and objectives, fostering collaboration with key stakeholders in various sectors to drive innovative marketing campaigns. Requirements Proven experience in marketing, business development, or partnership management (5+ years preferred). A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with the fintech industry and its impact on consumer behavior. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Ghanaian consumer behavior and market trends Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. Benefits We offer a performance-based contract with a modest retainer and incentives tied to transaction growth or partnership acquisitions. There is a reasonable funds allocated for digital campaigns and influencer partnerships, managed by the consultant. We will provide access to existing tools, marketing plans and direction,  templates, and resources to reduce overhead for the consultant.
