Part-Time | Blackburn In Office / Hybrid Role Bring Events to Life. Keep Everything Running Smoothly. Are you a highly organised administrator with a passion for planning events and delivering exceptional experiences? We're looking for a proactive Marketing & Events Administrator to support the planning, coordination and delivery of a busy calendar of corporate events, hospitality, conferences and internal communications. What You'll Be Doing You'll play a key role in ensuring events run seamlessly from planning through to delivery, including: • Coordinating corporate hospitality events, meetings and networking activities • Booking venues, accommodation, travel and catering • Managing event logistics, guest lists and attendee communications • Managing promotional merchandise and branded materials • Liaising with suppliers, venues and external partners • Assisting with website updates, social media and internal communications • Supporting charity initiatives and wider marketing activities • Maintaining accurate records, budgets and event schedules • Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of all marketing and event activity About You We're looking for someone who: • Has previous administrative experience within a busy office environment (essential) • Has good knowledge of social media platforms and understands how they're used within a business (essential) • Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail • Can confidently manage multiple deadlines and priorities • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills • Is proficient in Microsoft Office • Enjoys coordinating events and bringing multiple tasks together • Builds positive working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and external stakeholders • Is proactive, reliable and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team What's in it for You? • Part time role - 18 hours per week (can flex on working days, but Monday & Tuesday essential) • £14.15 per hour (27, 500 FTE) • 25 holiday days + 8BH, pro rata for part time • Bonus scheme – up to12% based on individual performance • Discount on brands • Well being initiatives including health assessment, YuLife • Birthday Lunch & Social events This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive organisation where you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of marketing and event activities while developing valuable project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
