Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Market Access Lead – Oncology & Immunology to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring that EVA Pharma’s Oncology & Immunology portfolio achieves optimal patient access and reimbursement. The successful candidate will lead market access strategies, engage with key stakeholders, and champion the value of our therapies across diverse healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities Design and execute advanced market access strategies for EVA Pharma’s Oncology & Immunology products. Lead the development of value dossiers, HTA submissions, and reimbursement negotiations. Drive cross-functional alignment with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, and Governmental Affairs teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with payers, policy makers, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups. Monitor healthcare policy, Oncology & Immunology reimbursement trends, and competitive dynamics to anticipate challenges and opportunities. Support evidence generation initiatives, including real-world data and HEOR studies, to strengthen product value propositions. Manage and develop a team of market access professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Track and report on market access performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 4 years of experience in market access within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong oncology background. Demonstrated experience in people management and team leadership. Deep understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and payer dynamics in Egypt. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects and work cross-functionally. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
