We are looking for a dedicated Marine Mechanic to join our high-energy team. Key Responsibilities • Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Systematically identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults. • Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine servicing, overhauls, and general maintenance on a diverse range of marine vessels. • System Integration: Work confidently across engine mechanics, electrical systems, and marine electronics. • Quality Assurance: Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet or exceed rigorous industry standards and company benchmarks. • Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to maritime health and safety best practices to maintain a secure working environment. The Ideal Candidate We are seeking a proactive professional who thrives under pressure and takes pride in their work. Qualifications & Experience: • Proven Mechanical Expertise: Robust background as a mechanic, with a strong preference for marine industry experience. • Engine Specialization: Hands-on experience working with both inboard and outboard engines —specifically Mercury, Volvo, and Suzuki systems. • Technical Literacy: A deep understanding of marine engines, circuitry, and complex electrical systems.
