Job Description:
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will support manufacturing operations across multiple production lines, including automated, semi-automated, and manual processes. This role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to following GMP standards and operating procedures. You will work as part of a central manufacturing team, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Operate production lines according to established operating procedures
• Supporting automated, semi-automated, and manual manufacturing processes
• Follow GMP and standard work practices in daily operations
• Collaborate with operators, technicians, and line leads to achieve production goals
• Support shift handovers and ensure accurate communication between teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
• Escalate issues to the appropriate line lead when necessary
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and production outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all required training and certification deadlines
• Support manufacturing activities across different production lines as needed
• Contribute to safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and performance objectives
Requirements:
• MBO Level 2 or equivalent vocational education
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience within pharmaceutical, GMP, or GDP environments preferred
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience following Standard Operating Procedures
• Experience working in multicultural teams
• Understanding of continuous improvement principles
Other Information:
• Contract Duration: 7 months
• Shift Pattern: 3 shift rotation
