Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Manufacturing Technical Writer based in our Lomondgate Production Facility . You’ll turn complex manufacturing and engineering information into clear, practical documentation that people can easily follow. Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end. What you’ll do as a Manufacturing Technical Writer: • Create and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, maintenance procedures, and safety documentation. • Work closely with engineers, production teams, and process experts to capture and document manufacturing best practices. • Translate complex technical information, supporting training, consistency, and operational excellence. • Develop visual documentation, including process flows, diagrams, and work instructions imagery gathered from the shop floor. • Ensure all documentation is compliant, accurate, and up to date, supporting quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives You are: • A strong technical background in engineering or manufacturing, with the ability to quickly understand complex products, processes, and systems. • Excellent communication skills, with experience turning technical information into clear and engaging documentation. • Experience working with quality standards and document management systems, combined with a keen attention to detail. • Proficient in using digital tools and emerging technologies, with a passion for improving how information is created, managed, and shared. • Problem solver looking to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
