You will join an international biopharmaceutical manufacturing organization specializing in advanced cell and gene therapies. In this role, you will lead a team of manufacturing professionals in a GMP-regulated cleanroom environment. You will use your experience in cell therapy manufacturing to coach your team, solve operational challenges, and ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with GMP standards. This is a leadership role for someone who combines strong people management skills with hands-on manufacturing experience and enjoys being present on the production floor. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a 31.3% shift allowance, which is also included in the calculation of your pension and holiday pay.
