Manufacturing Supervisor (4 Day Working Week) Pocklington Up to £38,000 + Overtime + Free Parking + On-site Canteen + Casual Dress Are you a Manufacturing Supervisor or similar with a background in manufacturing looking to join a well-established company offering a fantastic 4-day working week where you can lead a close-knit team and play a key role in production? This role would suit a Manufacturing Supervisor or similar with experience operating CNC machinery or laminating equipment or similar, and looking for a stable position with an excellent work-life balance through a Monday to Thursday working pattern. In this role, the successful Manufacturing Supervisor or similar will lead a small production team, coordinate daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, monitor team performance, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment while supporting continuous production across the manufacturing facility.
