Diese Position berichtet an: Quality Control Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct testing and inspections during the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Each day, you will execute the assigned work according to agreed workflows and   in accordance with   ABB standard processes and safety guidelines and report any non-compliance. You will also   showcase   your   expertise   by performing tests or checks by following procedures and instructions defined in manuals and test scripts. The work model for the role is:   onsite at the Pinetops, NC facility. You will be   mainly accountable   for: • Performing physical pre-testing activities for newly developed products to ensure product quality and validating manufacturing processes. • Assisting   the team in performing all required checks as part of the Factory Acceptance Testing process. • Inspecting and troubleshooting any identified issues,   determining   root causes, and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. • Maintaining   accurate   testing records, data, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality management systems. Qualifications for the role (Mandatory) • 8+ years of working in a manufacturing environment • Data Analysis & Reporting • Customer Satisfaction • Engineering & Manufacturing Processes • Planned Maintenance & Backlog • Specialist Technical & Engineering Skills • High school diploma or equivalent required • Legal authorization to work in the US is   required • Knowledge and use of tools – tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed. • Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs Working conditions Manufacturing plant environment requires a combination of hands-on and technical tasks. Work may involve occasional lifting of materials, climbing stairs/ladders, and walking. Employees may   be required   to bend, twist, or stand for extended periods. Frequent use of computers is necessary for data entry, monitoring, and communication. Employees will also handle a variety of tools and equipment, from hand tools to machinery, requiring technical skills and adherence to safety protocols. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed shoes, is   required   to ensure a safe working environment. Adhering to safety guidelines is essential for all team members. The work environment requires physical endurance, technical   proficiency , and a commitment to   maintaining   safety standards to contribute to a productive and rewarding workplace.
