Reports to : Director of Production Services&nbsp;  
 
   Hours Commitment:   &nbsp;40–45&nbsp;hrs/week, Wednesday–Sunday (regular weekend work, occasional extended hours during seasonal events, and monthly All Staff Tuesdays/LCBCU)&nbsp;  &nbsp;  
 
   Objective: &nbsp;  Support LCBC's Manheim campus by preparing,&nbsp;maintaining, and&nbsp;operating&nbsp;audio, video, and lighting systems, while developing and leading volunteer tech teams. This role blends relational leadership with hands-on technical production, helping create excellent environments for weekend services, student gatherings, and campus events (weddings, funerals, graduations, Manheim Worship Night, and more).  &nbsp;
