The Client This is a rare chance to take full control of a well-established business with a highly regarded, tech-led solution serving the golf industry The company has built a strong reputation with operators across the UK and internationally. With the product already proven and exceptionally well-received, the next stage of growth requires a hands-on commercial leader to scale operations and unlock its true potential. This role offers complete autonomy to shape and execute the commercial strategy for the UK and EMEA over the next five years. You’ll be responsible for developing the team, expanding market share, and creating the long-term business plan to drive sustainable growth. The Role • Full P&L responsibility and overall accountability for the UK business • Hands-on leadership of sales and operations, with scope to build and structure the commercial team • Development and delivery of a clear growth strategy across the UK and EMEA markets • Driving commercial success through direct sales, partnerships, and strategic account management • Reporting to the board and delivering agreed performance milestones • Playing a central role in shaping the company’s long-term journey, with equity potential linked to growth The Candidate We’re looking for an entrepreneurial leader with a track record of commercial success in the golf industry . You’ll likely be a Sales Director, Commercial Director, or similar senior sales-focused leader who is ready to step up into an MD role. Key qualities include: • Proven experience developing and executing growth strategies in golf, sports technology, or related sectors • A hands-on sales approach with the ability to open doors, win business, and build strong client relationships • Commercial acumen with full understanding of P&L management • The ability to bring structure, clarity, and long-term planning to a business primed for growth • Entrepreneurial drive and the ambition to take ownership of scaling a business The Reward • Attractive base salary up to £100,000 (dependent on experience) • Performance-related bonus and equity opportunity linked to growth milestones • Full benefits package • Hybrid working with complete flexibility • The chance to take a blank canvas, proven solution and drive it into the next stage of its growth journey
