[What the role is]
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented professional to shape the future of Singapore’s ICT and Media workforce. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end development and delivery of Pre-Employment Training (PET) programmes, integrating strategy, policy review, programme implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
[What you will be working on]
Key Responsibilities:
• Policy and Strategy: Review and strengthen policies impacting ICT and Media graduates, ensuring curriculum and interventions enhance employability outcomes.
• P rogramme Development : Design, implement, and evaluate PET programmes, ensuring alignment with governance standards and budget objectives.
• D ata-Driven Insights : Analyse workforce data, labour market trends, and programme metrics to inform strategies and assess impact.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Forge partnerships with government agencies, Institutes of Higher Learning, and industry leaders to create opportunities – such as internships, projects, work-study programmes – that enhance graduate employability.
[What we are looking for]
Requirements:
• Minimally 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in policy or manpower roles within the Singapore Government.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data and identifying actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with government structures and policy processes would be advantageous.
