SUMMARY: Leads a team responsible for the creation and delivery of talent development solutions that help employees and leaders grow. Works closely with business leaders, HR partners, and the team to ensure programs, workshops, resources, and tools are practical, engaging, and aligned to business needs.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Develops and owns the strategy and resource planning for enterprise talent development programs based on a strong understanding of the business, employee needs, leadership priorities, and industry practices.
Leads a team in the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of talent development solutions, ensuring programs align with business, HR, and Talent priorities and providing practical value to employees and leaders.
Establishes and upholds standards for content quality, facilitation effectiveness, and participant experience; provides coaching and direction to ensure team delivery of high-quality execution and successful outcomes.
Oversees and refines the team's development content, including presentations, workshops, facilitator guides, toolkits, frameworks, communications, and supporting resources.
Creates and facilitates high-impact development experiences, including workshops, leader learning, onboarding, career development, and other talent development programs and resources.
Develops high-quality content, tools, communications, frameworks, and resources that simplify complex concepts, provide clear and actionable guidance, and resonate with the needs of employees, leaders, and the business.
Serves as a consultative partner to business leaders and HR stakeholders, translating complex talent development needs into actionable recommendations and supporting successful implementation and adoption.
Collects and synthesizes employee feedback, leadership input, HR data, program outcomes, and external trends to inform strategy and continuously improve talent development solutions.
Leads stakeholder communication and change management efforts to support awareness, adoption, and effective use of talent development programs.
Manages program plans, timelines, budgets, vendors, risks, and resources to ensure successful execution and a positive client experience.
Represents the team in cross-functional initiatives, special projects, and leader discussions; contributes to broader Talent Management and HR priorities.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
At least eight (8) years of progressive experience driving business outcomes through the strategy, design, facilitation, and delivery of talent development, learning, organization development, or related HR programs and resources.
At least three (3) years of people leadership experience, including setting direction, assigning work, developing employees, providing coaching and feedback, driving accountability, and ensuring high-quality execution through others.
