How you will make an impact In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing Operational Supply Chain Planning Team across 2 production sites and the Solna HQ, ensuring exceptional service delivery and cost efficiency. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across Arla to enhance production optimization, inventory control, and distribution. Proximity on the production sites is a key for success in this role. The role can be based in Kallhäll or Jönköping, depending on the living situation of the candidate, but comped travel to the more distant site will be required for a minimum of 3 days per week, twice per month. The candidate should expect to spend an equal amount of time in Kallhäll & Jönköping, with occasional trips to the headquarters in Solna. Additionally, your daily responsibilities will include Lead and coach 5+ direct reports across 3 locations (Jönköping & Kallhäll production sites, Solna HQ) to foster a culture of safety, service, and cost efficiency Recruitment of new staff Facilitate the construction of a new planning environment & define best practice in collaboration with multiple stakeholders Drive strategic change management initiatives Implement cost-saving initiatives & drive continuous improvement Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Global Planning, Production & Logistics Collaborate closely and share best practice with peers within the Global MY SC planning & production site Leadership Team(s) Drive the service & waste dialogue in the SE Market in strong collaboration with Demand Planning / Commercial Ensure effective communication and inspire the organization with business acumen Implement & anchor new roles & process with potentially local adaptations Report directly to the Senior Manager - Supply Chain Planning MY SE, contributing to strategic planning and execution What will make you successful We are seeking a natural leader with a strong background in supply chain management and/or experience in the FMCG industry within Europe. Experience in the dairy industry is an advantage. Furthermore, you have; 3+ years of experience in people or project management and leading through others Strong educational background at bachelor’s level or higher in supply chain, management, production, engineering, maintenance or logistics Fluent in English & Swedish, spoken & written Proven experience leading transformational change within a global matrix organization Ability to communicate and collaborate with senior leadership effectively On a personal level, you Identify & communicate the tools you need to succeed Both lead & follow Do not micromanage Value work/life balance Use your own & other’s time wisely Are organized What do we offer?
