Teleport is an AI Infrastructure Identity Company solving cryptographic identity and security challenges. As Manager of Solutions Engineering for EMEA, you will lead a regional team of Solutions Engineers serving as the technical bridge between field sales, customer success, and global leadership across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. What You'll Do • Build, extend, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers with a focus on talent development and performance improvement • Train, coach, and mentor team members on technical depth, sales excellence, discovery skills, business value articulation, and executive communication • Collaborate with engineering teams and enterprise customers on infrastructure security, compliance, and development solutions • Partner with regional sales leaders to balance SE utilization, prioritize opportunities, and drive technical win rates across EMEA • Engage directly with EMEA enterprise customers at executive and technical architect levels to build relationships and ensure post-sale technical success What You Need • Demonstrated experience managing a team of Solutions Engineers or technical customer-facing professionals with a track record of developing talent • Strong command of pre-sales motion: discovery, technical qualification, POC design, and connecting technical capabilities to business outcomes • Strong understanding of Linux networking and network security principles • Practical hands-on knowledge of modern cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform • Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure • Working knowledge of identity and access management concepts: SSO, OIDC, SAML, RBAC, mTLS, zero trust architecture, and PAM • Proven track record navigating complex infrastructure deployments at security-conscious enterprise organizations • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for server-side software and distributed systems • Fluency in English Nice to Have • Additional European language proficiency (German, French, Dutch, or others) Extensive health coverage, annual expense budget, rest and recovery policies, retirement savings plans, professional development opportunities
