The Opportunity: We are launching a new B2C Product designed to make travel spending seamless and transparent for all travelers. As Senior Growth Marketing Manager – New verticals , you will play a key role in taking this product from early stage to scale. You’ll own growth strategy and execution across acquisition and retention, working closely with product, fintech, and cross-functional marketing teams. This is a unique opportunity to build a new vertical within Agoda from the ground up.  In this Role, You'll Get to: Co-own with product the go-to market strategy : targeted segments, USP, and positioning for product Design the marketing strategy for the new B2C product across the full funnel – from user acquisition and activation to engagement and retention Execute the marketing strategy : e.g.,  Launch the different marketing channels (e.g., paid search, app campaigns, affiliates)  Optimize performance campaigns across channels such as; App campaigns, Paid search Work closely with Product and Design to Shape onboarding, in-app messaging, and key user journeys  Collaborate with Fintech, Legal, and Compliance to ensure campaigns, claims, and messaging are accurate, compliant, and easy for customers to understand and Translate regulatory constraints into clear, user-friendly communications Build and continuously improve  dashboards, reporting, and processes to scale growth operations over time. Over time,  manage and mentor a team (e.g., ~2 analysts/marketers) as the vertical grows.  What You'll Need to Succeed: Must Have Qualifications   Marketing expertise : At least 8 years of experience with 3+ years of hands-on growth/ direct marketing in app-based or digital products, focusing on user acquisition and retention Strong  analytical skills. Comfortable working with data and performance metrics (CAC, LTV, activation, retention, payback, cohorts). Ability to pull and analyze data using SQL and/or self serve BI tools. Demonstrated  entrepreneurial / builder mentality. Able to operate in ambiguity, set up new processes, and “figure things out” without a playbook. Bias for action and experimentation. Strong  stakeholder management and communication skills , with experience collaborating with multi team in multiple
