Responsibilities Lead and deliver complex consulting engagements for clients across the financial services sector, including banking, insurance, wealth management, capital markets, and payments Advise clients on strategy, operating model design, business transformation, process improvement, change management, and project execution Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and serve as a key point of contact throughout engagements Manage workplans, project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and overall delivery quality to ensure successful outcomes Lead workshops, interviews, and working sessions to assess current-state processes, identify opportunities, and define practical recommendations Support business development activities including proposal development, client presentations, solution shaping, and thought leadership Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable plans and measurable results Collaborate across internal teams and practices to bring the best of the firm to each client engagement Contribute to practice development by helping refine methodologies, tools, intellectual property, and market offerings within the Financial Services Group Provide day-to-day direction, coaching and mentoring project teams.
