At Fever, our Business Development team sits at the heart of the marketplace. They are responsible for sourcing, growing, and managing the experiences that power our platform across the globe.
As our BD organization continues to scale, Sales Enablement plays a critical role in ensuring every new hire, manager, and sales leader has the knowledge, tools, processes, and coaching required to succeed.
You will report directly to the Global Head of Sales Enablement and work closely with RevOps, Product, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development to define how world-class sales performance is built and scaled across Fever.
What You'll Do
Onboarding & Speed-to-Productivity
Design and lead Fever’s onboarding program for all Business Development new hires across the US and Canada, ensuring alignment with the global enablement framework while adapting content to Americas market realities
Translate global sales methodologies and best practices into structured, scalable training programs for Americas teams
Build certification frameworks covering product knowledge, messaging, discovery, negotiation, objection handling, and sales process for regional Business Development roles
Continuously improve onboarding effectiveness through performance tracking, stakeholder feedback, and ramp-to-productivity analysis across the Americas
Coaching & Sales Execution
Work directly with Business Development teams in the US and Canada through call reviews, deal reviews, role plays, and 1:1 coaching
Partner with Americas managers to identify performance gaps and deploy targeted training and coaching initiatives by market, segment, or team
Establish coaching cadences and execution best practices across the Americas region in alignment with global enablement standards
Act as the primary feedback loop between the Americas field teams and RevOps regarding process adherence, CRM hygiene, and tool adoption
Playbooks & Commercial Content
Own and continuously evolve the Americas Business Development Playbook, ensuring consistency with Fever’s global playbook while adapting to regional needs
Standardize sales language, messaging, and qualification frameworks across the US and Canada
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to develop and maintain commercial content and sales assets tailored to Americas teams
Ensure regional best practices are documented, accessible, and consistently adopted, while feeding successful approaches back into the global enablement structure
Methodology & Change Management
Lead the implementation and adoption of sales methodologies across the Americas Business Development organization
Drive successful roll-out of new tools, technologies, and sales processes for regional t
