Title:  Manager, Recruitment Department: SEO High School Scholars, New York   Report to:  Associate Director, Recruitment and Admissions   Compensation: $66,300 - $75,500 FLSA:  Exempt   Employee Type:  Full-Time, Regular   Location:  New York, NY   Work Arrangement:  Hybrid - 3 days/week in the SEO office at 55 Exchange Place, New York, NY 10005   Schedule:    The typical weekly schedule is as follows:   Fall Term:  Tuesday through Saturday (3x a month); Monday through Friday (1x month)   Spring Term:  Tuesday through Saturday (3x a month); Monday through Friday (1x month)   Summer Term:  Monday through Friday   In-person attendance is required for all Saturday programming dates  at the following locations (subject to change):   Long Island University   Baruch College     ABOUT SEO    Founded in 1963 during the Civil Rights Movement, SEO closes educational and career opportunity gaps for 7,000 ambitious young people annually.      SEO Scholars is a free, eight-year, academic program that transforms public high school students in New York City, San Francisco, North Carolina, and Miami into college graduates. SEO Scholars successfully educates and mentors students to and through college. 100% of Scholars are accepted into four-year colleges, 85% of Scholars graduate with a Bachelor’s degree, and 80% are first-generation college graduates.   POSITION OVERVIEW   The Manager, Recruitment leads the execution and continuous improvement of a strategic, data-driven recruitment and admissions cycle. This role partners closely with the Associate Director, Assistant Director, and Program Managers across the HS Scholars NY team to build and sustain a robust pipeline that results in a competitive and diverse class of 9th grade Scholars each year. As the primary point of contact for recruitment, the Manager, Recruitment drives outreach strategy, cultivates key partnerships, and ensures operational excellence across all stages of the admissions process.    Recruitment, Partnership & Admissions   Execute comprehensive recruitment and pipeline strategies aligned to organizational goals by identifying and cultivating sources to attract high-quality applicants . Recommend and implement innovative approaches to strengthen recruitment outcomes .   Build new relationships and manage existing relationships with school and community partners .   Plan and deliver recruitment presentations, workshops, and information sessions .   Maintain thorough documentation of all outreach and engagement efforts to ensure team alignment .   Oversee admissions process by reviewing student applications, recommending candidates for interviews, and facilitating team deliberation sessions to finalize scholar selection .   Ensure a smooth and equitable admissions process from application through acceptance . Recruitment Data Management & Operations   Track, analyze, and report on key metrics throughout the recruitment cycle to internal and external stakeholders including staff, applicants, and program partners.   Manage Salesforce database and other systems to ensure accurate tracking toward recruitment and admissions goals .   Oversee admissions communications to ensure accurate and timely notifications to applicants and families .   Manage event logistics for Interview Days and other recruitment initiatives .   Recommend and implement improvements to data and sy
