Job Title: Manager- Quality Assurance (Silicon Experienced) Location : Pune / Hybrid Silicon-based quality Assurance experience is mandatory  Job Summary The Director of Quality Assurance (Software) is a senior executive leader responsible for defining, governing, and advancing the organization’s enterprise software quality strategy. With 10 + years of experience , this role provides strategic oversight across quality engineering, test automation, API testing, compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure the delivery of secure, reliable, and scalable software products. Experience in the automotive software domain (e.g., embedded systems, connected vehicles, infotainment, ADAS, AUTOSAR, or mobility platforms) is considered a strong plus . Key Responsibilities Enterprise Quality Strategy & Governance Define and own the long-term enterprise software quality vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Establish and govern quality management systems, standards, and policies across enterprise and product platforms. Software Quality Assurance & Automation Provide executive oversight of all testing activities including functional, regression, integration, system, performance, security, and User Acceptance testing Contribute to enterprise test automation strategy , Ensure automated test suites are scalable, maintainable, and integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
