External Job DescriptionProject ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic investment, joint venture, and technology-focused projects. The successful candidate will drive financial and commercial evaluations, support deal structuring and negotiations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Conduct financial due diligence, feasibility studies, and investment analysis.Lead JV structuring, financial modeling, valuation, and commercial negotiations.Manage project execution across finance, legal, commercial, and technical teams.Support partnerships and investment initiatives involving Chinese stakeholders.Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery of objectives.Requirements:Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.8-10 years of experience in investment management, corporate development, JV management, or related areas.Strong financial modeling, investment analysis, and negotiation skills.Experience in defense, technology, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is preferred.Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership capabilities.Join us and play a key role in shaping strategic partnerships and investment opportunities across high-growth and complex sectors.
