This role enhances productivity, quality, accuracy, turnaround time, scalability, and client experience through the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, data analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and automation. The position requires a technology-driven leader with expertise in digital tools, transformation initiatives, and stakeholder collaboration, working closely with Service Delivery, Technology, and Global Shared Services teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and strengthen organizational capabilities. Duties and Responsibilities People: Lead and deliver process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple practices and locations. Drive process standardization, simplification, scalability, and quality enhancement through structured methodologies. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. Identify and implement opportunities leveraging AI, automation, and digital tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Establish and enforce governance standards for process documentation, DMS, and QMS frameworks. Coach and mentor Process Excellence team members in project execution, process analysis, documentation, and improvement methodologies. Build organizational capability by supporting training on process standards, quality frameworks, and system adoption. Client: Partner with GCC leaders and stakeholders to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and client experience. Assess current-state processes, identify gaps, and implement sustainable improvements to address business needs. Identify process bottlenecks, quality issues, and rework drivers, and develop targeted improvement plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs related to process understanding, communication, quality, and AI-enabled ways of working. Partner with Talent Effectiveness teams to design and develop capability-building and change management programs. Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and tools. Collaborate with global/onshore teams to share best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement insights. Prepare and present reports on initiatives, performance metrics, risks, and business impact to leadership. Value: Lead process excellence projects to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cycle time, and cost efficiency. Define, track, and report KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements, QMS/DMS, automation, and AI initiatives. Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor performance, trends, and business impact. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution and sustained outcomes. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and governance requirements. Design and manage Process Knowledge Tests (PKTs) to assess capability gaps and drive continuous learning. Collaborate with technology teams to enhance system integration, governance, and knowledge management. Leads and facilitates Lean Six Sigma sessions for teams to help them adapt skills to eliminate waste, streamline processes, reduce variation, improve quality, and improve overall operational efficiency. Partners with technology and business teams to evaluate, implement, and scale AI and automation opportunities while ensuring appropriate governance, adoption, and measurable impact. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality enhancement, cycle time reduction, and productivity gains. Establishes process excellence dashboards, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor project progress, efficiency gains, quality trends, adoption levels, and business impact. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 8+ years of experience in process excellence, consulting, shared services, financial services, operations, or transformation roles. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Expertise in process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proven stakeholder and project management capabilities. Ability to define KPIs, analyze data, and present insights to leadership. Understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Experience with QMS, DMS, knowledge management, and training programs (preferred). Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (LMS, Zoom). Experience with process mapping tools, dashboarding/reporting tools, workflow management tools, AI-enabled productivity tools, automation platforms, and data analytics tools is preferred. Supervisory Responsibilities: Manage Process Excellence Analysts and Senior Analysts. Lead cross-functional project teams, including indirect stakeholders, to deliver outcomes. Work Environment: Standard 40+ hour workweek in a professional office environment. Hybrid work model with a minimum of three days per week in the Hyderabad office. Travel requirement up to 50%.
