Job description Our client, a global digital organisation operating across multiple sectors and serving B2B customers, is seeking a Manager, Partner Growth & Monetisation to lead partner operations in Japan. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and optimising monetisation strategies in the Japanese market. Main Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key platform partners in Japan to drive mutual growth. • Act as the primary contact for partner-related needs, ensuring timely support and resolution. • Monitor performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and recommend strategies to enhance engagement and revenue. • Design and implement monetisation campaigns tailored to the Japanese market. • Identify new opportunities to maintain competitive advantage locally. • Analyse campaign performance to uncover trends and optimise outcomes. • Prepare reports for internal teams and partners. • Stay informed on industry trends to continuously refine local strategies and processes. Requirements • 2–4 years in partner management, account management, affiliate networks, or digital monetisation, ideally with experience in APAC/Japan. • Familiarity with incentive-based monetisation tools or similar partner programs. • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and partner relationships effectively. • Knowledge of attribution platforms or performance measurement tools. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. • Japanese language skills and English fluency required.
