The Opportunity: We’re looking to fill an opening for a Manager, Organizational Resilience, to join our Enterprise Risk Management team. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Risk Management, the Manager, Organizational Resilience is responsible for leading and enhancing our crisis management and business continuity and third-party risk management programs and practices. Additionally, you will play a key role in support of the enterprise risk management framework, working closely with senior stakeholders to manage and mitigate risks across the organization. Your responsibilities will include the leadership, development, implementation, and enhancement of (i) comprehensive business continuity plans and crisis management strategies and testing; and (ii) third-party risk management framework, methodologies, risk assessments and providing related strategic insights to senior leaders. You delegate and deliver feedback based on the in-depth understanding of your individual team members What your day looks like: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plans strategies Lead the Crisis Management program, including updating Crisis Management plans and procedures, and developing and leading tabletop exercises Lead the ongoing implementation and enhancement of a robust Third-Party Risk Management framework, methodology, and process, in collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing team, focusing on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with third-party relationships Prioritize, report, and oversee the management of Aviso’s top organizational resilience risks, including ensuring adequate controls are in place and risk mitigation strategies are planned or in progress Create and/or update applicable organizational resilience policies and ensure alignment with enterprise risk programs across the organization Mentor internal senior stakeholders and provide guidance to other functional team members on conducting risk assessments and provide subject matter expertise on how to proactively mitigate risk Lead, develop, and implement Cris
