Manager of Finance Excellence & Process at atNorth This role is positioned at the intersection of Finance, ERP governance, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in developing scalable and standardized financial and operational processes that support atNorth’s continued Nordic expansion. As Manager Finance Excellence & Process, you will lead the Finance Excellence and ERP Process function, ensuring alignment between business processes, systems, governance frameworks, and operational execution across all Nordic entities. You will act as a central link between Finance, IT, Operations, Procurement, Business Control, and external ERP partners, helping ensure that systems and processes support both current operations and future growth. Key responsibilities A key focus of this role will be driving consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement across financial and operational processes. Your responsibilities will include: Owning and governing process standards across Finance, Procurement, Projects, and related operational areas Ensuring aligned and compliant processes across Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark Maintaining process documentation, workflows, controls, and governance structures Supporting alignment with group accounting principles and operational standards From a systems and ERP perspective, you will: Own and drive the ERP roadmap and process improvement agenda Prioritize enhancements, integrations, fixes, and change requests Coordinate testing, documentation, user acceptance processes, and change management activities Ensure scalable and efficient ERP governance across the organization You will also lead and coordinate the superuser network across atNorth by: Training and supporting key users across functions and geographies Driving aligned system usage and process adherence Building internal capability and knowledge sharing Facilitating participation in testing and continuous improvement initiatives In addition, the role includes leadership responsibility for the internal ERP support and process function. You will coordinate closely with external implementation and support partners, ensuring clear prioritization, delivery quality, workload management, and efficient collaboration across stakeholders. Continuous improvement & automation Beyond governance and support, this role is about building scalable foundations for future growth. You will actively identify inefficiencies within financial and operational workflows and help implement improvements through: Automation initiatives Process optimization System configuration improvements Reporting enhancements Training and adoption activities You will contribute to ensuring that atNorth’s ERP and process landscape remains robust, scalable, and operationally efficient as the organization continues to grow across markets and functions.
