About the Job   As a Manager of Closing at Splitero, you'll lead a dynamic team, overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management while cultivating a positive and collaborative team culture. You will provide thoughtful feedback and coaching to ensure team alignment with company goals. Your leadership will be key to building a high-performing, cohesive team. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving both individual growth and overall team success.   Manage all talent acquisition efforts and lead hiring teams to source, screen, interview, and present offers to qualified candidates   Oversee performance management for team members; complete thoughtful performance reviews, provide feedback, and respond to performance support needs  Cultivate and maintain a positive team culture; plan proactive employee engagement initiatives and solve conflict interfering with the work environment Train and onboard all new hires, ensuring new teammates ramp efficiently Provide opportunities for learning and growth to all team members, acting as an advocate for their continued development Provide effective downward communication through 1:1s and team meetings  Lead projects related to their team; thoroughly scope, creates timelines and resource needs, organize meetings, delegate tasks, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide upward and downward communication related to project goals, updates, and roadblocks Manage the pipeline and workload for all team members, ensuring high performance across all team members  Own development, implementation, and changes to policies and procedures  Connect company-wide goals with department-level action items on a quarterly basis and steering department and individual contributor goals  Analyze data related to their area, produce valuable insights, and present to leadership  Act as the main point of contact for escalations and team member questions Provide quality control and teachable opportunities to all team members    The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. About You 4+ years of experience in loan processing or closing Highly knowledgeable in Right of Rescission (RTC) requirements, including timing calculations, compliance implications, and how rescission impacts funding release. Understand how title exceptions, liens, judgments, and payoffs affect closing strategy and can confidently drive resolution across vendors and internal teams. Experience leading a high-performing team Proven history of successfully managing projects from ideation to execution  Ability to write effective policies and procedures Ability to manage performance, resolve conflict, and give feedback to underperforming team members  Ability to manage change effectively through upward and downward communication   Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to have constructive conversations, set and meet deadlines, proactively communicate challenges and changes within your department, and relay information to all levels of management on a regular cadence  Ability to make data-driven decisions  Experience working with HEIs is preferred Desire to participate in fast-paced early-stage startup Adaptability: Embraces changing circumstances with resiliency and positivity Team-Oriented: Prioritizes collaboration, inclusivity, and teammate support    About Us Millions of homeowners in today’s economy are sitting on substantial home equity they are unable to access due to rising interest rates and strict qualification requirements of traditional lenders.
