• Supervise team store staff and interns including scheduling of hours and the delegation of tasks. • Coordinate with clubhouse managers to supply team uniforms and hats. • Oversee the online team store, including the monitoring of sales, collection of online orders, packaging and shipping of items, and changing of orders, • Coordinate with the Manager of Marketing to execute promotional sales through the team social media channels. • Prepare and maintain accurate inventory records, and adjust inventory as needed. • Prepare daily sales and forecasting reports and maintain familiarity with retail merchandise budget. • Manage the retail merchandise Point of Sale System (POS). • Create an inviting retail store layout and displays that promote the team merchandise. • Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures. • Maintain routine communication with the General Manager and provide pertinent information regarding retail merchandise and souvenir operations.
