Description
- Develop and implement the Corporate Health, Safety & Security strategy, governance framework and operating model. - Establish and lead an integrated Corporate Health, Safety & Security function that supports organizational growth and maturity. - Develop, maintain and assure corporate policies, standards and procedures covering workplace health and safety, physical security, emergency management and business resilience. - Lead enterprise workplace risk assessments and ensure effective controls for access management, visitor management, life safety, emergency response and workplace security. - Own the organization's corporate crisis management and emergency preparedness capability as it relates to Workplace, including planning, exercises, incident coordination and continuous improvement. - Monitor emerging geopolitical, security and environmental risks and provide timely advice to Executive Leadership regarding potential impacts to employees, workplaces and business operations. - Partner with Corporate Services, Facilities, Technology, HR, Legal and Communications to embed Health, Safety & Security into workplace planning and day-to-day operations. - Lead the investigation of significant health, safety and security incidents, ensuring robust corrective actions and organizational learning. - Develop and promote programs that strengthen employee safety, security awareness and emergency preparedness. - Build, lead and continuously develop a high-performing Corporate Health, Safety & Security team aligned with Qiddiya's long-term growth. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Security Management, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field. - Min 8 years of experience in Corporate Health, Safety & Security, including leadership roles. Proven experience developing HSE & Security strategies, governance frameworks, policies, and operating models. - Strong expertise in crisis management, emergency preparedness, business continuity, and enterprise risk management. - Experience leading workplace safety, physical security, incident investigations, and compliance programs.
