Description
The Manager will work closely with the Directors to ensure the smooth operation of the Private Equity Accounting team daily, overseeing various functions, including client accounting, financial reporting, company secretarial services, governance, and transfer agency operations.  In this role, the candidate will engage with clients at a senior level, providing practical solutions to challenges and proactively ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
