Sony Music Korea’s International Repertoire department is looking for a strategic and highly connected leader to help drive the success of our global artists in Korea.   As Frontline Business & Media PR Manager, you will lead the frontline repertoire business while serving as the primary media and PR lead across Frontline, J-Pop, and  Catalog . Working closely with global labels, artist management, media partners, and cultural stakeholders, you will help shape how Sony Music’s international repertoire is positioned, amplified, and experienced in one of the world’s most influential music markets.   Success in this role means delivering high-impact campaigns, building strong industry influence, creating meaningful media opportunities, and increasing the visibility and cultural relevance of Sony Music artists in Korea.   What you will do: Lead Korea-market planning and execution for priority international frontline releases   Serve as the primary media and PR lead for International Repertoire, supporting Frontline, J-Pop, and  Catalog  teams   Build and  maintain  strong relationships with media, editors, producers, broadcasters, cultural partners, and industry stakeholders   Develop and activate media opportunities, artist moments, collaborations, interviews, and market-facing initiatives across repertoire   Align closely with global labels, artist management, and regional Sony Music teams to localize priorities and maximize market impact   Manage and develop Frontline Associate Managers and contribute to the growth of future repertoire owners   Partner with DSP, Business Development, agencies, and cross-functional teams to integrate earned media into broader commercial and marketing plans   Monitor performance and  identify  new opportunities to strengthen visibility, awareness, and market engagement   Who you are: Technical  C apabilities:    7+ years of experience in music marketing, artist marketing, media relations, PR, entertainment, label operations, or related fields   Strong understanding of Korea’s music, media, entertainment, and digital culture landscape   Proven ability to develop relationships across media outlets, broadcasters, publishers, labels, agencies, and industry stakeholders   Experience managing large-scale artist campaigns and working with global and regional stakeholders   Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how media influence translates into audience growth and business outcomes   Experience balancing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and campaigns simultaneously   Excellent written and spoken Korean and English   Behavioral C apabilities :    Relationship Building: Creates and sustains trusted relationships that generate long-term value for artists and the business   Strategic Communication: Communicates effectively across media, management, labels, and internal stakeholders   Influence: Uses credibility and industry knowledge to unlock opportunities and gain alignment   Leadership: Develops others and creates a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration   Proactiveness: Consistently  identifies  opportunities before they become requests   Agility: Adapts quickly to changing artist priorities, media environments, and market developments   Problem Solving: Navigates ambiguity and complexity with practical, business-oriented solutions     What we give you: You join an inclusive,  collaborative  and global community where you  have the opportunity to  fuel the creative journey   A modern offi
