Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, this leadership role is responsible for overseeing the firm's portfolio of business-critical applications, data architecture, document management platform, and data warehouse technologies.   As a key member of the IT leadership team, you will partner with firm leadership and stakeholders across all departments to drive innovation, enhance business processes, improve reporting and analytics capabilities, and ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of enterprise systems. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enterprise applications professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional growth. Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including evaluation, selection, implementation, configuration, optimization, support, upgrades, and retirement. Direct the administration, enhancement, and strategic development of the firm's document management system, including workflow design, integrations, governance, and user adoption initiatives. Lead the implementation and ongoing evolution of the firm's data warehouse and data architecture environment to support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision making. Partner with the CIO to develop and execute a multi-year enterprise applications strategy and technology roadmap aligned with firm objectives and future growth. Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, platform optimization, application rationalization, and technical debt reduction. Manage complex application implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations while minimizing disruption to business operations. Collaborate with attorneys, administrative leaders, and business teams to identify technology opportunities and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, service delivery, and user experience. Establish and maintain strong vendor partnerships, negotiate contracts, evaluate new technology solutions, and monitor vendor performance against service level agreements. Ensure enterpr
