Description
[What the role is] ITE conducts regular student and graduate surveys to measure training effectiveness and track graduates’ employment and further education outcomes. Reporting to an Assistant Director, the incumbent will manage the surveys end to end, ensure data integrity, analyse findings and provide timely insights to support management decisions and service improvements. The position is based at ITE Headquarters. [What you will be working on] • Survey Administration: Coordinate survey preparation, respondent outreach, fieldwork monitoring, follow-ups and deliverables. • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage survey vendors and work with internal departments, Colleges and agencies to meet agreed timelines and quality standards. • Data Management and Analysis: Extract, consolidate, clean and validate survey data; resolve discrepancies; analyse trends; and translate findings into actionable insights. • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards and accurate submissions to management, the Ministry of Education and relevant agencies in the prescribed formats and timelines. • Process Improvement: Use automation, digital tools and data visualisation to improve survey workflows, data quality and reporting. • Administrative Support: Maintain graduate records in ITE’s student administration system and support related graduate affairs and career services duties. [What we are looking for] • Credential in statistics, data analytics, social sciences, business, information systems or a related discipline. • At least three years of relevant experience in survey administration, research or data analysis. • Sound knowledge of survey methodology, data validation and quantitative analysis. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or Tableau; knowledge of SQL, Python, Power Apps or Power Automate is advantageous. • Strong analytical, organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
