The Consumer Business Unit's objective is not simply to grow faster, but to grow better. Role Purpose Join Superloop as a Customer Growth & GTM Manager and play a key role in driving acquisition-led growth across one of Australia's fastest-growing challenger RSPs. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across new products, plans, pricing, promotional offers, website journeys, onboarding improvements and competitive market responses. Working closely with Marketing, Product, Digital, Sales, Finance, Analytics, Customer Operations and Technology teams, you will ensure Superloop's acquisition propositions are commercially sound, operationally ready, and brought to market with speed and precision. You will help drive quality customer acquisition, improve digital and assisted conversion, strengthen Superloop's market competitiveness, support successful product launches, and contribute to the continued growth of our broadband and mobile business. Key Responsibilities 1. GTM Planning and Execution Develop and manage GTM plans for broadband, mobile, value-added services and new acquisition propositions. Translate commercial priorities into clear launch plans, project timelines, stakeholder actions and delivery milestones. Coordinate end-to-end GTM readiness across Product, Marketing, Digital, Sales, Finance, Customer Operations and Technology. Ensure all new offers, plans and product launches are supported by clear pricing, positioning, customer messaging, operational readiness and channel execution. Own GTM checklists, launch trackers, readiness reviews and post-launch performance summaries. 2. Acquisition Growth Initiatives Support acquisition-led growth across broadband and mobile by identifying opportunities to improve conversion, offer competitiveness and customer sign-up journeys. Work with Marketing, Digital and Sales teams to improve acquisition performance across website, contact centre, partner and digital channels. Support the development of acquisition campaigns, promotional mechanics and tactical market offers. Monitor acquisition performance by channel, offer, plan, speed tier and product mix. Identify barriers to customer acquisition an
