Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manager to oversee daily operational functions, ensure compliance with internal processes, and support team performance within a fast-paced wealth environment. This role is responsible for inputting and reviewing transactions, managing workflows, and fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture. Responsibilities: • Input and review money movement transactions within Wealthscape and Charles Schwab. • Responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of operations tasks, including preparing and reviewing account opening paperwork and account maintenance. • Proficient in what is needed to open Taxable, Retirement, Trust, & Business accounts within Fidelity & Charles Schwab to aid in reviewing requests. • Serve as liaison between Wealth Teams and custodians. Proactively contact custodians daily to resolve issues and ensure requests are being processed with accuracy. • Delegate tasks and assist with team members workloads to ensure smooth execution of workflow. • Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. • Manage quarterly projects, maintain internal spreadsheets, and oversee completion of team members daily tasks. Qualifications : • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in financial business operations, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Skills : • Experience with Salesforce • Experience with Fidelity (Wealthscape) and Charles Schwab Platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. • Proficiency in Excel #LI-MK1 We welcome your interest in being a part of our firm.
