This role is aimed at a confirmed Change AI Manager, serving as operational leader, methodological reference, team manager, and ambassador to our clients.💡 YOUR MISSIONSAs a Change AI Manager (M/F), you play a key role in executing our strategic plan: industrialisation of change support, acceleration of adoption, dissemination of the augmented consultant model, and deployment of product offerings and AI agents.Leadership & Delivery:Lead one or more change workstreams on complex programmesBuild multi-stakeholder adoption strategiesEnsure the quality of methodologies and deliverablesMeasure impact via KPIs, usage metrics, and analyticsExpertise & Industrialisation:Disseminate the augmented change model: assets, frameworks, AI agentsDevelop new offerings, modules, and adoption kitsContribute to the Change Factory industrialisation roadmapClient Relations:Support Executive Committees and Business DepartmentsMeet governance, budget, and action plan commitmentsIdentify opportunitiesManagement & Community:Manage consultants and seniorsUpskill teams on modern change methodologiesActively contribute to internal culture, capability development, and cohesion
