Call Center / Business Development Center Manager We put a HUGE emphasis on our BDC Department and its success.  We are now looking for a AUTOMOTIVE BDC LEADER with prior Call Center / BDC Management SUCCESS to join our team. • Prior Call Center / BDC management with verifiable SUCCESS is a must. • Ability to motivate and hold BDC team accountable to sales targets • A solid knowledge of our CRM system (Dealersocket) would be beneficial • A person that knows how to lead by example cause they know what it takes to be the best at their craft • Commit the time and effort and have a certain degree of passion to just get the job done.
