We have distinct meal-kit services that cater to everyone with the most menu variety in the market, which allows us to reach an incredibly wide population of people.  We are seeking an Asset Protection Manager to oversee asset protection, security, and risk mitigation efforts within our operations. This role is responsible for driving consistent execution of asset protection standards, leading investigations, and ensuring compliance through audits and employee engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong cross-functional partnership, and the ability to identify risk, drive accountability, and implement practical solutions that improve both security and operational performance. You will… Execute HelloFresh Asset Protection Standards of Work (SOW) by maintaining a consistent presence on the floor, driving accountability, and ensuring alignment with company expectations Lead and conduct operational, compliance, and security audits (e.g., access control, camera systems, visitor management, vendor compliance) to identify risk and drive corrective actions Own end-to-end investigations, including case development, documentation, interviews, evidence management, and partnership with law enforcement when applicable Lead, coach, and develop a team of Asset Protection Specialists by setting clear expectations, reinforcing Standards of Work, and driving accountability for performance, investigations, and audit execution Drive shrink reduction through data analysis, root cause identification, and implementation of targeted action plans Partner cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and staffing agencies to ensure adherence to policies, mitigate risk, and address employee related concerns Monitor and report on key Asset Protection metrics, including theft trends, audit results, and incident data Ensure all incidents are properly documented, investigated, and resolved in accordance with company policies and legal standards Develop and present data-driven business cases to support security improvements, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies Lead site level emergency preparedness efforts, including emergency action plans and coordination with local first responders Continuously evaluate processes and implement improvements to strengthen controls, reduce loss, and enhance overall site security You are… A strategic operator: You balance hands-on execution with big picture thinking and know how to translate risk into actionable solutions A strong partner: You build trust across operations, HR, and leadership, and influence decisions through data and credibility A people leader: You develop, coach, and hold your team accountable while creating a culture of ownership, engagement, and high performance Results-driven: You hold yourself and others accountable to clear metrics and consistently deliver measurable outcomes Analytical: You use data to identify trends, uncover root causes, and drive informed decision making Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and adjust quickly to evolving priorities You have… Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience 3–5+ years of Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Corporate Security experience (distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred) Proven experience conducting investigations, audits, and risk assessments Experience working with security systems including camera systems, access control, and intrusion detection Strong working knowledge of incident managemen
