 Job Description
Position Summary
The Manager, APAC Commercial Operations (RRP Program) will play a critical role in supporting the consolidation, validation, and standardization of legacy Reagent Rental Program (RRP) contracts across the APAC region.
Currently, RRP contracts are managed locally in disparate formats with limited visibility, creating risks related to compliance, data integrity, and governance. This role will be responsible for centralizing historical contract data, ensuring data quality, and supporting migration into a structured, centralized system.
In addition, the role will partner with IT to support the development and deployment of AI-enabled tools to extract and digitize contract data from hard copies, improving efficiency and scalability of the RRP data consolidation process.
Key Responsibilities
1. RRP Data Consolidation & Structuring
• Collect and consolidate legacy RRP contract data from multiple countries and formats (including hard copies)
• Standardize contract information into a consistent format and structure
• Build and maintain a centralized database/repository for RRP contracts
• Ensure completeness of key data fields (contract terms, pricing, duration, equipment, etc.)
2. Data Validation & Quality Assurance
• Validate historical RRP data with country stakeholders to ensure accuracy
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential compliance risks
• Establish data validation rules and quality checks
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and audit readiness
3. AI Tools Deployment & IT Collaboration
• Work closely with IT to support development of AI/OCR-based tools to extract data from hard copy contracts
• Provide business requirements, test outputs, and validate extracted data quality
• Support implementation and rollout of AI tools across countries
• Continuously improve automation logic and data extraction accuracy
4. System Migration & Integration Support
• Prepare and cleanse data for migration into a centralized RRP or commercial system
• Support data mapping, formatting, and upload preparation
• Collaborate with IT on migration activities and data validation
• Participate in user testing (UAT) and ensure accurate data transition
5. Governance, Compliance & Documentation
• Support development of RRP data governance framework and standards
• Ensure contract data is maintained in line with compliance and audit requirements
• Document processes, templates, and data definitions
• Maintain audit trails and version control
6. Stakeholder Coordination
• Act as the key coordinator across country teams, Commercial, Finance, and IT
• Drive data collection, validation, and issue resolution across markets
• Track progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Support communication and alignment across stakeholders
7. Ongoing Maintenance & Continuous Improvement
• Support ongoing updates and maintenance of centralized RRP data
• Identify opportunities to improve contract management and data processes
• Contribute to scalable and sustainable RRP operating model
Qualifications & Experience
• Fluent Korean, Thai and English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking) are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, contract administration, commercial operations, or similar roles
• Strong experience in Excel and data handling (data cleaning, consolidation, validation)
• Exposure to CRM (e.g., SFDC), SAP, or contract management systems is a plus
• Experience supporting system migration, data cleanup, or integration projects preferred
• Experience working with AI/OCR tools or automation projects is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
• Strong attention to detail with high standards for data accuracy and integrity
• Excellent data handling and structuring capability
• Strong coordination and project execution skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across APAC markets
• Good understanding of process documentation and governance
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify data issues
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Please note this is a contract role which will expire in Dec 2028
