Our Management Consulting division advises senior leaders on strategic issues that define the success of their organisations. We combine rigorous analysis, commercial judgement and deep sector expertise with the broader capabilities of Teneo to help clients solve complex business challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes.
We work across a diverse range of sectors, including Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Leisure & Hospitality, Software, Transport and Telecoms and Digital Infrastructure, amongst others. Within these markets, we provide strategic, operational, and due diligence support, advising FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, key public-sector organisations, and leading private equity investors.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Consultant you will be an accomplished and effective member of the Teneo Consulting team supporting Managers, Directors and Managing Directors in the successful delivery of client engagements, while managing smaller engagements or discrete workstreams within larger, more complex cases:
Lead discrete workstreams or manage smaller engagements directly with support from a Manager, Director or Managing Director
Develop recommendations from initial hypothesis through refinement and validation
Manage case or workstream teams on a day-to-day basis, including workload planning, delegation and coaching support
Work independently with minimal need for support
Build relationships with junior and mid-level client stakeholders, managing day-to-day communications and supporting successful client outcomes
Lead presentations confidently and effectively, communicating recommendations and insights to clients
Support with business development activities, including research, proposal development and thought leadership initiatives
Build strong client relationships and actively support the development of junior team members
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline
3 - 5 years’ relevant experience within a Strategy, Management Consulting or related advisory environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving and quantitative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated teamwork, leadership and professional ambition
Ability to manage workstreams independently and deliver high-quality outputs
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and confidently challenge thinking where appropriate
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Proactive approach to taking ownership of unfamiliar tasks and challenges
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in Arabic
Entrepreneurial mindset and approach to problem-solving
Experience leading workstreams or smaller consulting engagements
Additional language capabilities at business communication level
While sector specialisation is not required, sector preferences may be considered when allocating projects where capability is consistent across multiple sectors
