Description
You will act as the agency's principal technical authority, policy architect, and strategic advisor on all matters related to employee performance management, executive oversight, and regulatory compliance across all Operating Administrations (OAs). This position is responsible for providing advice and subject matter expertise in the administration of performance management. The impact of the work extends across the Office of the Secretary and all Operating Administrations.
